The contracting person authorizes KMO Consulting to receive a copy of the response at Riedbachstrasse 97, 3027 Bern from the Central Office 2nd Pillar.
The contracting person authorizes KMO Consulting to inquire with all pension institutions such as banks, insurance companies, vested benefits institutions, pension funds, or substitute institutions (Foundation Substitute Institution BVG).
The contracting person authorizes KMO Consulting to request all information about credit balances.
The contracting person authorizes KMO Consulting to transfer amounts to another pension institution or vested benefits account.
According to the Vested Benefits Act, the insured person is obligated to inform the relevant vested benefits institutions of the current pension institution and to have the credit balances transferred to their current pension institution.
The contracting person agrees to pay a fee for transfers to an institution that does not directly collaborate with KMO Consulting.
This power of attorney expires upon the termination of the service for the search and transfer of the 2nd Pillar credit balances.

KMO Consulting and the service providers commissioned by us are committed to confidentiality and compliance with legal data protection regulations. Additionally, access to personal data is granted only to the necessary extent.
